Building on the principles outlined in the Muslim World League’s Charter of Makkah, the FFOP Declaration of Inclusivity empowers women of faith, particularly those in marginalized communities and regions, to engage in climate leadership and negotiations. Inspired by H.E. Sheikh Dr. Al-Issa’s pioneering work, the Declaration of Inclusivity offers recommendations for faith institutions and FBOs to enhance women’s participation. Numerous organizations and individual signatories signified a collective commitment to strengthening inclusivity and gender equity in climate action.
